Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) is one of largest commercial bank in China and one of the largest regional banks in Asia. On December 16,2009,the Hanoi Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) was officially established, and it is the first branch of ICBC in Vietnam. On January 26, ICBC Hanoi Branch carried on business in Hanoi, the capital of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
