BNP Paribas is one of largest commercial bank in France and one of the largest international banks in the World. As a foreign bank branches in Thailand, BNP Paribas may provide the whole range of commercial banking business approved under the Financial Institutions Businesses Act. BNP Paribas started its activity in Thailand through a representative office opened in 1979. A full branch license was granted at the end of 1996 to the Bangkok Office, that has been providing banking products since September 1997.
