EFG International, which is a global private banking and asset management

exchange (EFGN), and its direct parent company, EFG Bank European Financial
Group SA, a bank based in Geneva, supervised on a consolidated basis by the
Swiss FINMA. EFG Bank is the Swiss private banking subsidiary of EFG
International. Head office in Zurich, it has its main operating hub in
Geneva, with an international network spanning Europe, the Middle East, Asia
Pacific and Latin America. |

by the establishment of the Zurich branch of EFG Bank European Financial
