operations are based in Saskatoon, with lending operations based in offices

deposits through a nationwide financial advisor network and provides loans
to established corporations, real estate development, and public sector
entities. The bank operates as a branchless financial institution. |

it focused on specific niches in which the Bank has a great wealth of
experience – financing well established corporations and public sector
entities. The Bank has a seasoned team of expert lenders in three primary
areas, Commercial and Corporate Lending, Real Estate Lending and Public
Sector Lending. Each group operates throughout Canada providing lending
services coast to coast.

raising deposits on the Bank's behalf. Financing services operate from the
